R.T. Bailey Construction has also branched out into the development business. In early 2007, Connor Place townhome development was completed and ready for homeowners to move in. Connor Place will eventually have 154 units, ranging from in size from 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. R.T. Bailey Construction is currently building in multiple neighborhoods in Columbia County and has projects that will begin 2010 in North Augusta, SC and Aiken SC. Columbia county neighborhoods include: Connor Place townhomes- starting in the low $130,000’s. Sumter Landing in Evans has new homes starting from $249,900, this is a waterfront community with pool and walking trails. Todd builds in Riverwood Plantation’s Johnstone and Kenton communities. The homes in these neighborhoods start in the low $200,000’s. Chastain Place is located in Grovetown and has homes starting in the $170,000’s. In South Carolina, we are currently building in Aiken’s South Park Commons and will be starting Powderhouse Landing in the spring of 2010.
