The following pages are designed specifically for home owners that are currently under contract or those families that are within the one year warranty period. The purpose of creating this web based interactive program was to improve customer relations and timliness of warranty claims. Additionally, we are going to be creating links to many of your suppliers, so that during or after construction, you will be able to communicate with them while at work, during evening hours or on weekends. Every homeowner will be given a username and password to access the interactive program. We will also provide information to home owners, such as: timelines for tile, paint, cabinets, etc. selections, walk through notices, when access is not permitted ( floors are being stained), reminders for contacting and transferring electric, gas, phone, and cable services.
