Todd Bailey is president of R.T. Bailey Construction, Inc. Todd’s engineering background has enabled him to implement different building ideas into affordable, sound constructed homes. Todd has always believed in staying current with the newest techniques, materials and trends in the home building industry. A member of the
Builders Association of Metro Augusta and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Todd have used these resources to further his education. Attending various conferences (such as the 2006 & 2007 Custom Builders Symposium) and other conventions has allowed Todd to see what other areas of the country are trying and the pros and cons of these changing methods could be implemented in the Augusta housing market. Becoming energy star qualified is just another example of Todd’s leading edge approach to providing the homeowner with the most efficient home, not only saving the homeowner on their monthly energy costs, but also providing a more comfortable home in which to live.

R.T. Bailey Construction has competed in multiple Parade of Homes. This was an opportunity to showcase our abilities to the general public. Todd has won multiple awards during these shows for interior design, exterior design and landscaping and overall floor plans.

Bailey Construction, has construction superintendents, each responsible for 1 or 2 neighborhoods. These construction superintendents spend 95% of their time on the job, overseeing the quality and schedules. Additionally, Todd employees 2 people dedicated to warranty/punch list items. Implementing a warranty program has given the customers the confidence that the new home will continue to receive the same attention after closing as it did prior to moving in. R.T. Bailey Construction stays ahead of the competition utilizing software to track schedules and changes, upcoming construction details, home buyer information and warranty tracking.
