R.T. Bailey Construction, Inc.
began building custom homes in 2000. Since that time, R.T. Bailey
Construction has been busy building homes from 2000 sq. ft. to over
6500 sq. ft. The focus has always been on functionality, affordability,
the latest trends and style. In 2002 and 2003, the company participated
in the “Parade of Homes,”
winning multiple awards ranging from interior design and layout
to exterior elements.
In 2006, the company began a multi-family townhouse development
in Evans, GA called Connor
Place. In the development of Connor Place, creating a unique
townhouse environment was the top priority. Bro-Con
Development (the development company of R.T. Bailey Construction,
Inc.) has created a private, pool community that offers each resident
a single-car garage, two bedrooms on the main floor, brick facades

In 2007, the company began development of an active adult community
in Aiken, SC. This community allows active adults to create their
own lifestyle. Complete with a pool, the activity center will
be the focus for the residents to gather around. This gated community
will be maintenance-free, with lawn care, exterior house cleaning
and trash collection all included in the annual dues.
